Welcome

This blog is about Case Beckham (10 months old as of today), who was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma (a cancerous tumor) on October 19, 2011. This blog is meant to help friends and family stay updated with the latest information about Case's treatments, and progress. Through this trial, our hearts have been softened and we trust that our Heavenly Father is aware of little Case, as well as all of His precious children.

  2. Thank you so much for setting up this blog. It's so frustrating living so far away (Ireland) but this blog helps us feel a little closer. Kea and Mary-Jane Beckham

  3. X- I can not imagine what you are Emily are going through but on a small note I may understand little case. I've fought and still fight cancer and 6 active auto-immune dieases and I know one thing from watching my family deal with me being so I'll and fighting for so long it takes a toll on your faith and push to the limits of questioning God's level of compassion.!! I've been fighting for 10 years now or so and one thing that my father in heaven wispered to me that changed my perspective Was to "get better or bitter. I love you both and know from my dealings that sentinels will guard him day and night. It's never about what we have to go through its about what we do to get through trials, everything is necessary for our salvation, …be still and know he is God and all flesh is in his hand! Love with all of my heart and my prayers for your family! Scott Brase sbrase@gmail.com

  4. My heart aches for anyone that has to see their little one go through this, but especially when it's a friend. We will pray for Case, and everyone close to him that they might find the strength to get through this.

  6. Brian: awesome job creating this blog. This will be so tremendously helpful for us all to stay informed and feel connected -- both for those far AND near. it's good to have a communal space to share results in a clear and concise way as well as to share support and send encouragement and love. Fabulous. Thank you.

  7. As a mother I cannot imagine the trial you are facing. Your faith and hope are inspiring and Case is beyond adorable, sweet, and charming. I am a stranger but my prayers are with you. I have helped on a blog for a friend who has cancer and we put a paypal link to accept donations online. It was easy to set up and completely safe and secure. Maybe you could look into doing that for this blog to make it easy for people to help. Just an idea. Feel free to email me if you need help setting it up: kristinsbaldwin@gmail.com
